Coloration dificulties D:

So im making another dragon...just sketching at the moment. Im not sure if this one or the next one will be named snap dragon because im not sure on the look yet

Behind the Name Of SnapDragon:

Saturday was the Homecoming dance and of coouursee i didnt go :)
cuz im a loser with no friends.
soo
i spend the night at a friends house, and met this lady that was really nice (shes gonna do my nails for cheap :D YAY!) anywho. she nicknamed my friend Haley, Bird. i got jealous and wanted a nickname too. she randomly pulled "snapdragon" out of her ass and vuala~!! new nickname hahahahaha :DD

so yes i noticed there are ALOT of different colors for snap dragons. so im stuck on the look and color D:

so i need a bit of help

(i thought of yellows/oranges/reds (lightly) with pink eyes o-o;;
im not set on it though)

any suggestions? :D
